Alejandra is a Mexican sound designer, multimedia artist, and researcher based between Berlin and Mexico City. She works as a Producer and 4DSOUND Engineer at MONOM Studios, specializing in spatial audio, immersive sound, and experimental sonic systems. Her practice explores the intersection of technology, perception, and composition, using sound as both a creative medium and a tool for shaping spatial experience.

She develops custom multichannel sound systems and computational tools for sound creation, including physical modeling instruments in Max/MSP, generative spatial audio systems, and spectral processing algorithms in Python. Her work combines artistic research with software development to investigate new forms of sonic interaction and immersive listening.

Drawing from themes of memory, liminality, and the relationship between natural and computational systems, her artistic practice constructs immersive sonic environments where physical reality and imagination coexist. Through installation, film, and spatial composition, she seeks to expand the expressive possibilities of sound and the ways we perceive the spaces around us.
